Terms and Conditions
- HP Warranty Calls can be logged on any faulty part on your HP device (excluding physical damage) - if the device is still under warranty no costs will be incurred on the part of the customer;
- Warranty Checks must be completed on all HP devices before such a device will be repaired;
- If the device is no longer under warranty, cost will be incurred by the customer for repair work done on your faulty device;
- Please take note, pick up and delivery services are free in Potchefstroom, however costs will be incurred for diagnosis and repair on your faulty device;
- When entering into a remote support session with one of our technicians please ensure that you discuss associated costs with the particular technician.
