Senior IT Systems & Support Engineer

BlueTek is looking for a senior Field Services Engineer, with lots of experience: If successful, you will work in our extended technical team and offer support services to SLA customers. Become part of our dynamic and innovative team and gain valuable exposure on various technologies and platforms. Duties & Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain networking and computer infrastructures
• Monitor systems and network
• General AD configuration and management
• Install and configure operating systems and application software on servers/desktops/ laptops.
• Install and configure wired, wireless and fibre networks
• Implement best practice systems for security and data backups
• Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues
• Partake in regular training opportunities on new technologies and IT support methodologies

Qualification & Requirements

• A+, N+ & MCSE/MCSA/MTA
• Microsoft 365 certified
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a similar role
• Experience with VMware, Linux and Mimecast will be advantageous
• Previous experience in managing a team will be advantageous
• Travelling between the various sites is a minimum requirement
• Valid driver’s license
